did you know that jogging is good for you, it helps you to maintain your weight and also helps you with your mental state and guess what when jogging you dont have to be a marathon runner you can run slow or fast as long as u jod and dont stop, always keep track of your destinations :)
The sleep schedule is one of the most important rhythms in the human body. Every 24 hours, our bodies need anywhere from 6 to 8 hours of sleep in order to repair itself and refresh itself for the next 24 hours. Unfortunately, events outside of our control may interfere with our sleep patterns and it may be necessary for us to change sleeping habits, whether temporarily or permanently. so to perform your best the following day make sure u sleep enough :)

Its been a very long while since ive written here, well ive been quite busy, busy with what though? Lol im sure it was the holidays which were keeeping me so busy that I didnt even have tiime to scribble on here well im gonna make up for that. Firstly the holidays were treating me very well, so well that i didnt wanna cum back to varsity. Alot has happened well only good things now its time for a new term a very short one im allready counting the days till im gonna go ome again as they say home is where the heart is
